Mechiras Chometz

Please use the form below to empower Rabbi Weiss to act on your behalf in selling your chometz.  Rabbi Weiss will also be  available to meet in person with members to arrange for their mechiras chometz.
 
Those that are accustomed to express hakoras hatov to the Rav with an honorarium when selling their chometz can do so at the end of the online form below or via check made out to Bais Haknesses Ohr Hachaim and mailed to 6205 Wirt Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215. 

The sale will take place Monday morning, April 22. All forms must be received by Rabbi Weiss by 11:59PM Sunday night, April 21.

ONLINE FORM: Fill out the form below to designate Rabbi Weiss as your representative in the sale of your chometz. You will receive an email confirmation after a successful submission.

I, the undersigned, fully empower and permit Rabbi Yosef Zvi Weiss to act in my place on my behalf to sell all forms of chometz (leaven) possessed by me as defined by the Torah and Rabbinic law, and to lease all places in which chometz owned by me may be found. Rabbi Weiss has the full right to sell and lease by transactions, as he deems fit for such time that he believes necessary as explained in the general authorization contract to sell the chometz. Also, I hereby give Rabbi Weiss full power and authority to appoint a substitute with full power to sell and lease as provided herein.
